Small Group Training
With a max of 6 people per session, you get the perfect balance of atmosphere and program personalisation.
Each person has their own program meaning you will be spending every minute focused on your goals just as much as the person next to you.
Mobility, strength, functional bodybuilding and fun conditioning; these sessions are perfect for transforming body composition, performance and your energy levels.
But we will also throw in exercises and training methods for your hobbies, injuries, weekend warrior sporting activities - even just being a parent and everything that requires!

Sessions run Monday to Friday for 45 minutes each.
5:00am, 5:45am, 6:30am, 5:30pm and 6:15pm
Select either 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 sessions per week with the most flexible membership arrangements ever - no contracts and you can pause/edit whenever you like.
Couldn't make it to all your sessions? Request a refund or extra credit. This is personal training at a boutique studio, not your run of the mill large group fitness franchise!
